I really appreciated the fact that Denis made the effort to quietly spend a lot of time over those two days watching and listening to our deliberations and then working his observations into his routine, which was insightful, relevant, bilingual and refreshingly clean. It left me and the folks at our table in stitches. My stomach still hurts!
